1. Order Processing

  • We are committed to processing customer orders promptly. All orders will be processed within 48 hours (2 business days) upon payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

2. Shipping Fee

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of $49 or more. However, for orders with a total value below $49, a shipping fee of $15.99 will be applied.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders with a total value of $49 or more qualify for free shipping. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
  • Shipping Fee for Orders Below $59: For orders with a total value below $49, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be added to the order total.
  • Calculation of Order Total: The order total is calculated after any discounts or promotions have been applied but before any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We provide various shipping methods to accommodate worldwide delivery.
  • We do not offer the option to select a specific carrier for shipping. However, rest assured that we will choose a reputable and reliable carrier for your order. The shipping method will be determined based on the destination country or region to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.Generally it can be delivered within 7-15 working days.
  • Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs procedures and other factors. Kindly consider any potential customs clearance delays that may occur in your country.

 

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping to the following countries/regions: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. Please note that we do not ship to addresses outside of these countries/regions at this time.

    At the same time, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities for worldwide delivery. 5. Tax

  • For most regions (United States, European Union, Australia, Canada), we have already pre-paid any taxes in order to get it into the country. So you don’t need to pay any additional customs fees or taxes. Please select your country during check-out for more information.

 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

 

 

Return 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Dueto the intimate nature of adult toys, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.
  • Forhygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or is missing its original packaging cannot be returned.
  • We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Unopened means in the original packaging with the plastic seal intact.

 

2. Return Process

  • If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact xtoys@metaxsire.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and any included promotional items.
  • Please refrain from directly returning the product to us without prior communication with our customer service team. Kindly contact our customer service team at the provided email address, and they will guide you through the appropriate return process.

    3. Return Shipping

    • Thecustomer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Werecommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
    • Weare not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

       

      4. Refund Processing

      • Oncewe receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s transfer  The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.
      • Pleasenote that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase.

         

        5. Non-Returnable Items

        • Forhealth and safety reasons, certain items, such as intimate apparel, personal lubricants, or items with explicit content, cannot be returned.

         

        6. Defective or Damaged Products

        • Inthe event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team xtoys@metaxsire.com  We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.To facilitate the process, we may require confirmation of your order information, certain account details, and the specific issue encountered. 

         

         

        Cancel

        • We understand that circumstances may change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with order cancellation. However, after this time frame, cancellations may not be possible due to our automated order processing system.

         

         

        Warranty

        • We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. However, please note that the sleeve of the Male Masturbator has a warranty period of 90 days.
        • This warranty covers any working parts that affect the function of the sex toy. The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the working parts of the sex toy. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration resulting from fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Please note that opening or taking apart the sex toy will void the warranty.
        • Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence.
